// about the project

Luly has been a long-time client of mine. They previously were called Fit+Thick; a company whose mission was to encourage women that they could have curves and still be beautiful while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. They have since evolved into a company more focused on the inner work that then can inspire the outer work. The brand shifted and became more focused on what the body takes in and how that can also result in the self-love that they want their target audience to achieve.

As such, they developed an extensive nutrition program, which is the project displayed above. This is only one of their three pillars, however, this is where my design services were needed most; with layout of both the recipes themselves, as well as the photos that went along with them. This project was SO tough, but so fun. Figuring out a layout that was eye-catching, playful, and intriguing was no easy feat, but with the collaboration of a wonderful photographer, the books (4 of them) came out spectacular. They have received positive feedback with these nutrition books.
